We offer free shipping on orders with a cart value of ₹500 or above anywhere within India. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee may be charged depending on the delivery location, including rural or urban areas. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one to three (1–3) working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
We currently do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or military locations. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time depending on courier serviceability. Delivery timelines typically range between two to seven (2–7) working days from the date of dispatch, subject to location and logistics conditions.
Customers may request order cancellation by contacting us immediately after placing the order. However, once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In cases where perishable or special-category products are ordered, cancellation may be allowed at our discretion, but the cost of such products may be borne by the customer. KSHYOTI VELCURA PVT LTD reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or unforeseen issues. In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
In the event of non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, such as wrong address or unavailability of the recipient, any additional charges for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to logistical disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any such delays through registered contact details.
We take utmost care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where the product is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item is delivered, customers may request a replacement or refund. Such requests must be made within five (5) days of delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance and return the package immediately to the courier partner. Please note that once a product is accepted, it cannot be returned unless it meets the specified conditions.
To initiate a replacement or refund request, customers must contact us via email with their order details and reason for the request. Products should not be returned without prior approval. If a replacement product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, subject to customer approval, or issue a full refund if the payment has already been made.
